Hi there! I'm Megan Wallace, the founder of MegaByte Digital Co. After spending 20+ years in the tech industry, including 4 years as founding and then a senior partner solutions engineer at Webflow, I decided it was time to build something that truly reflects what I believe technology should be: accessible, empowering, and crafted with care.

Throughout my career as a programmer, product manager, implementation consultant, and solutions engineer, I've noticed one consistent pattern: there's a massive gap between what technology can do and how easily people can actually use it. That's where I come in.

I'm passionate about creating those "lightbulb moments" when technology suddenly makes sense to someone who previously found it intimidating. Whether building automations and systems to streamline business processes, designing a custom website, migrating platforms, or teaching you how to leverage AI tools for your small business, my approach is the same: I break down complex concepts into straightforward, practical steps that move your business forward.

My superpower? I speak both "tech" and "human" fluently. I won't talk down to you or use jargon to sound impressive. Instead, I'll (and my team) meet you where you are, explain things in terms that make sense to you, and make sure you feel confident about the technology powering your business.

When I'm not building out digital masterpieces, you might find me capturing sunset photos (just another way I love to capture the perfect moment/automation), working on one of my many jigsaw puzzles (keeping my brain sharp and inspired to solve complex workflow challenges), or adding to my (not small! 😅) rock collection (building solid foundations for business processes - get it? It's corny but true!). These pursuits might seem different from building out automations and workflows, but they all share the same appreciation for detail, pattern recognition, and finding beauty in the way things fit together.

I believe technology should have soul—that behind every line of code and pixel on screen, there should be thoughtfulness, integrity, and genuine care for the people using it. That's the philosophy that guides everything we do at MegaByte Digital Co.

AMPLIFY (Automating Multi-Platform Life, Integrated For You) was born from a simple observation: businesses were spending hours on tasks that could be completed in seconds with the right automation.

After helping an engineering client reduce a 30-minute process to just 10 seconds, I realized how transformative well-designed automation could be for businesses of all sizes.

Today, AMPLIFY is helping businesses reclaim thousands of hours annually, allowing them to focus on growth and innovation rather than repetitive tasks.

Now - let's talk about my approach to working with clients. :)

If you're local-ish (KC area) I highly prefer conducting in-person discovery meetings. It makes it so much easier to get to know you & your team, pick up on office dynamics, learn workflows, all the things that help us to develop a great working relationship.

Whether we're meeting in person or on Zoom, the remainder of the discovery process is the same - we walk through your current workflows together, discussing the areas and processes currently causing the most pain, or costing you the most time &/or money.

I love identifying the workflow updates that will give you quick wins first (say a particularly impactful Tier 1 automation, to start), and then we continue to build on that success by building out additional automations and possibly entire systems (consisting of multiple automations in one system).

Once we've decided on which process to start with, we begin the onboarding process, gather all information pertinent to the project, and I dive in, coming up for air from time to time with progress reports. Then I conduct testing, and then deployment on your system and further testing, and then we go live in your environment.
